High School Peer Support

An engaging, activity-based monthly workshop for teens (ages 14-18) to reflect, connect and simply be themselves.

High school is really hard. It is all too common for teens to face the pressure of forming identities and relationships while also handling the pressures of school, peers, or social media. As someone who had their fair share of struggles in high school, it was so important for me to create a safe, nonjudgemental, and pressure-free space for others to begin working through some of the challenges that can otherwise be so difficult to explore. Each month focuses on a different theme, giving teens a chance to reflect, connect, and just be themselves.

Monthly on Sundays starting Sunday, March 29th
11am-1pm
