I believe there is more to each of us than the struggles that bring us to therapy. Our relationships, experiences, and the messages we receive throughout our lives can all shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I want to get to know you as a whole person, understand your experiences from your perspective, and work alongside you in exploring what matters most to you.

I especially enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship concerns, identity and self-worth, family dynamics, life transitions, and patterns that leave them feeling disconnected from themselves or others.

I draw from Narrative Therapy, Contextual Family Therapy, and attachment-based and IFS-informed concepts. Together, we may explore how relationships, culture, and societal messages and expectations have influenced the way you see yourself and relate to others. I also believe that even the parts of ourselves we struggle with deserve to be approached with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment.

My hope is that therapy can help you feel deeply understood while supporting you in questioning old stories, reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, and developing a greater sense of agency in your life and relationships.
